How long does it take for delivery?

If your ordered item(s) is in stock, it normally will be delivered within 7 days.

How does the delivery arrange?

Any additional charge for up/ down stair?

Yes. Different product would require different rage of additional charge:

Up/down stair charge:Calculate by per floor per item: Seating/ G5 desk:$30 /// Kids desk (exclude Care Desk)/Double Stack Storage Rack :$50 /// Standing desk / Care Desk:$80 /// No charge for stair less than 4 accumulated steps /// For long stair : 10 steps as 1 floor,and so on /// Up/down stair charge is applicable to the stair outside the building.

I haven’t received a dispatch email/email confirmation?

Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including you junk as it will come from a noreply email address. To ensure emails reach you, add the domain eurocarparts.com to your safe senders list.

Do you deliver on Weekend?

Our delivery is only available from Monday to Saturday.

I'm new, how do I order?

We accept cash on delivery for most of our standard items (not include the item(s) need to be individual order).

Customer can make payment by credit in our stores, on our website via PayPal or Alipay. We also accept bank transfer or Payme by HSBC.

Do you have product warranty?

How do I return an item?

We only accept cancel / change the order before delivery. All items have been delivered which is not returnable or refundable.
